Shipping Policy

We Ship Worldwide from the United States. Our shipping partner is Amazon who handles all order fulfillment and shipments.

Shipping and Handling times:

For physical products purchased processing time is currently 2 - 3 business day + 3-5 business days for US shipments (depending on the shipment method chosen during checkout.

Please note during high volume holiday season (November 20th - January 1st) and mega flash sales, processing time may increase to 5-10 business days (business days are Monday-Friday not including holidays).

Backorder Merchandise: Sometimes items are not available at the time you'd like to purchase them because they are temporarily out of stock. We will receive more of these items in our warehouse very shortly. If you decide to place an order, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. At the time you order, we provide you with an approximate ship date for your back-ordered items. Please note these dates are subject to change.

Preorder Merchandise: Items that have not yet been received from the supplier will be marked as 'Preorder'. Each product detail page will include an estimated arrival date for the item. Please note these dates are subject to change. If you decide to place an order, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

In general, if your order contains preorder or backorder merchandise, we will hold your order until all items are in stock and available to ship. There are several exceptions where we will ship your item immediately. If you need your items immediately, we are happy to ship all available, in stock items upon request. Split shipment requests may require a $3 -$4 split shipment fee. 

Customs fees:

International customers are responsible for all customs fees. : The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Unclaimed/ Returned Shipments 
Depending on the return reason, we will charge you with re-shipping cost if you would like us to reship your parcel.

The following return reasons require reshipping fee (if you would like us to resend your parcel):

Unknown reason/Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra fees not settled by recipient; 
Insufficient/ Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address or formatted address incorrectly; 
Unclaimed - Parcels left in local customs and post office and was not claim during the allotted time.

In the event your package is returned to us and you do not want it reshipped you will be refunded your purchase value with the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee deducted.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and Surepost. It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by USPS or by your country's postal service without risk of theft or loss. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS or another postal service completes delivery to the address that you provide to us. If you are concerned about the security of packages received at your mailing address, be sure to add signature confirmation to your order during checkout.

Submitting a Claim for a Lost or Stolen Package

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, you can initiate a missing mail search in the USPS website here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Please note once a carrier confirms an order has been delivered successfully we will not replace, reship or refund a lost/stolen shipment.
